Biography

The NKVD was arrested on October 22, 1937. The Supreme Military Council of the Interior of the USSR was sentenced on December 25, 1937 under article 58-8 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the death penalty. The judicial supervisory board of the Supreme Court of the USSR on February 22, 1938 sent the case of V.N. Mantsev for further investigation. In March 1938, he testified at the trial against Bukharin . VKVS USSR July 28, 1938 sentenced to capital punishment .
