At the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Victor won 4 silver medals: in the absolute and team championships, in floor exercises and in the vault [2] .

In the 1980s of the last century, he headed the Department of Physical Education at the Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology named after D.I. Mendeleev . [3]

He won 7 gold and 5 silver medals at the European Championships and 2 silver medals at the World Championships [4] . Viktor Lisitsky is depicted in the painting “ Gymnasts of the USSR ” by Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts Dmitry Zhilinsky .
