The Bamberg Code ( German: Bambergische Peinliche Halsgerichtsordnung , Latin: Lex bambergensis ) or the Constitutio Criminalis Bambergensis is a criminal code drawn up in 1507 by Baron Johann von Schwarzenberg on behalf of Prince III of Bamberg George III Schenck von Limburg of Bamberg ( Germany). ) (The Archdiocese of Bamberg ).

The Code regulated criminal and procedural law in Bamberg and served as the basis for the creation of Emperor Charles V of the General Empire Criminal Code of Constitutio Criminalis Carolina in 1532.
