Women in Formula 1 are very rare, which is not surprising. Formula 1 is a sport associated with high risk, high speeds, strong physical exertion. This sport has become purely masculine. However, recently women have been increasingly appearing in leadership positions, for example, Monisha Kaltenborn - head of Sauber [1] , Claire Williams - deputy head of Williams [2] , Oksana Kosachenko - commercial director of Caterham F1 Team [3] .
