Old Shanak ( Kazakh. Eskі Shana ) is a village in the Kazygurt district of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Shanak rural district. The KATO code is 514055300 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 415 people (210 men and 205 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 400 people lived in the village (200 men and 200 women) [2] .
