Tugyrtas ( Kazakh. Tұғyrtas ) is a village in the Kazygurt district of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Kyzylkiyansky rural district. The KATO code is 514047100 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 165 people (69 men and 96 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 224 people lived in the village (111 men and 113 women) [2] .
