Zhenis ( Kazakh. Zhenis ) is a village in the Kazygurt district of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Zhanabazar rural district. The KATO code is 514035500 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 265 people (125 men and 140 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 292 people lived in the village (148 men and 144 women) [2] .
