The house was built in the XVIII century. It was rebuilt at the beginning of the XIX century. In the first half of the 19th century, the house was located near the Karol bridge and was a hotel on the border between Krakow and Austria-Hungary . The original original facade with a large bas-relief of a lion, as well as arches on the first and second floors, have been preserved to our time.
On April 20, 1936, the building was included in the register of cultural monuments of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship (No. A-229 [1] ).
