Club career
El Jarmuni is a graduate of the Shabab Mohammediya Club. He began his professional career in the same club in 1996.
In 2000, he moved to Vidad , with whom he won the Morocco Football Cup in the first season, and in the second he became the country's vice-champion and the holder of the CAF Cup Cup (in the final, the Ghanaian was defeated due to an away goal 2–2) Asante Kotoko ").
In early 2003, he moved to Dynamo Kyiv and was immediately sent to the second team . However, in the second team, he lost the competition for a place in the goal to Rustam Khudzhamov , so for six months he spent only one match for the third team .

During 2010-2012, he played for Raju , with whom he also won the championship and cup of Morocco.

National Team
In 2000, as part of the Olympic team, Morocco was a participant in the football tournament of the Olympic Games in Sydney , where he played in all three matches of the team, having conceded 7 goals.
Two years later, he was included in the application of the national team for the African Cup of Nations 2002 in Mali , but he did not enter the field.
El Jarmouni made his debut in the Moroccan national team in 2003, and as early as the next year as a member of the national team he became the African vice-champion at the tournament in Tunisia , losing in the final to the hosts of the competition .
