Bayzhansay ( Kaz. Baizhansay ) is a village in the Baidibek district of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Almaly rural district. It is located about 46 km east of the district center, the village of Shayan . The KATO code is 513639180 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 339 people (169 men and 170 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 198 people lived in the village (98 men and 100 women) [2] .
