Algabas ( Kaz. Algabas ) is a village in the Baidibek district of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Agibet rural district. It is located on the Shayan River, about 27 km northeast of the district center, the village of Shayan . The KATO code is 513633200 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 520 people (279 men and 241 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 772 people lived in the village (388 men and 384 women) [2] .
