Martti Wasikkinen was born in 1909 in Kuopio . In 1932 he took part in the Olympic Games in Los Angeles , where he won the bronze medal in the team championship. In 1936, as part of the Finnish team won the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Berlin .

Martti Wosikkinen died during the Winter War in the Battle of Colle .
