Ruuli ( Luduuli, Ruli, Ruluuli, Ruluuli-Runyala, Rurulim, Ruuli ) is one of the Bantu languages spoken by about 21,000 nyara ( banyara ) and 140,000 rudder ( baruli ) in the districts of Kayung, Luvero, Masindi , Nakasongola (west Lake Kyoga ) in Central Uganda.

Ruuli has dialects of runyala, nakasongola (eastern), which is influenced by the Ganda language, kiryandongo (western), which is influenced by nyoro and nyala, which is affected by the language of the soga . In 2010, a letter based on Latin was developed for ruuli.
