Regulations
The tournament is held in two stages.
1) regular season - the participants of the tournament are divided into 2 groups of 6 teams, where from October 9, 2013 to February 6, 2014 teams in groups play among themselves in a circular system at home and away;
2) playoffs - the four best teams from each group enter the next round, where they form a quarter-final grid and play up to two victories in the 1–1–1 system (13, 20 and 26 February 2014);
3) final - the four winners of the quarter-final matches go to the Final Four, which will be held at the site of one of the clubs in the play-off system (March 7–8, 2014).
