The building was built from 1903 to 1906 by the project of the Polish architect Beniamin Torbe . The house is built in modern style. Above the entrance doors and windows of the staircase are stained glass windows made by the Kraków workshop of S. Zelinsky (today the Stained Glass Museum ).
On December 18, 1998, the building was entered in the register of cultural monuments of the Małopolska Voivodeship (No. A-1097 [1] ).
