Elevation: Live from Boston - a concert film by the Irish rock band U2 , was released by Island Records in the UK (November 26, 2001), and Interscope Records in the US (a month later). The film was shot during three U2 shows in Boston during the American part of the Elevation Tour . It was the first of two video releases filmed during these tours, the second - Go Home: Live from Slane Castle .

The film had good sales in several regions, as in Mexico it was certified as “ gold ” [2] , and in the United States it became the group’s most successful video album [3] .
Elevation: Live from Boston was released on 2 DVDs . The first disc contains a concert video shot on conventional television cameras. The second is shots taken through a micro-camera located in Bono's signature glasses, thereby offering to see the show through the eyes of the front man, on stage and behind the curtains. Also, both discs include additional materials.
Before the performance of “In a Little While”, Bono tells the story that this song was the last one heard in the life of Joey Ramon , the leader of The Ramones , who had a strong influence on young U2 [4] .
