Vasilchinovo is a village in the Naro-Fominsk district of the Moscow region , as part of the rural settlement of Tashirovskoye [1] . The permanent population according to the 2010 All-Russian Census is 2011 people [2] (for 2006 the population was 13 people [1] - apparently, in 2010 the inhabitants of the nearby Vostochny village (Naro-Fominsk-10) [3] , remaining from disbanded military unit). Until 2006, Vasilchinovo was part of the Tashirovsky rural district [4] [5] .

The village is located in the southwestern part of the district, at the source of the Olshanka River, the left tributary of the Plesenka (tributary of the Nara ) [6] , about 13 km west of the city of Naro-Fominsk , the height of the center above sea level is 220 m [7] . The nearest settlements are Semidvorye 1 km to the west and Grove 1.5 km to the south-west.
