Gröstl (from him. Rosten - fry) - a traditional dish of Austrian cuisine. Typical for Tyrol . Prepared from potatoes, fried in butter with beef, smoked pork belly, tomatoes, herbs and spices (salt, pepper, marjoram, cumin, parsley, etc.).
