Privalikhin, Valery Ivanovich

He graduated from Tomsk Pedagogical Institute ^{[1] [2]} . He lived and worked in Tomsk ^[3] . About 20 years was a newspaperman, traveled almost all of Siberia, the Far East, Central Russia and the Baltic countries.

In 1985-1991 he studied the Narym Tsarist political link in the archives of Moscow , St. Petersburg , Riga , Vilnius , Krasnodar ^{[1] [2]} , Tallinn , Irkutsk , Novosibirsk , Minusinsk , Sakhalin ; he met with the descendants of the most prominent revolutionaries and leaders of the White movement ^{[1] [2]} .

Lives in the suburbs.

As a prose writer debuted in 1981 with a story in “The Week ” ^{[1] [2]} ; also published in the newspaper Krasnoyarsk Worker ^[3] , in magazines and almanacs Yenisei , Baikal , Siberian Lights , Iskatel , Prostor , Student Meridian , Ural Follower , Rodina , " Nature and Man " and others. ^[4]

The first book, “Fern Harvest Time,” was published in 1985 in the Library Library of the Soviet Militia magazine, then followed: “The price of a shot is life” (1987), “The Golden Mirage” (1994), “The Law - Taiga” (1994) “The Treasure of Admiral” (1999) and their reprints.

The author of documentary books on the history of the construction of the Transsib , on the history of the revolutionary movement in Russia ^{[1] [2]} : “From the Pepeliaev family” (2004), “How was Admiral Kolchak shot”, “So was the elder Fedor Emperor Alexander I?” ( 2004).

The author of the book for children ^[4] “Mysterious treasures of the merchant Malakhov” (2009). Works for children (“Jewelry shop in an abandoned hive”, “Twelve most famous treasures in the city center”, “Tsar-prospector”, “Taiga Napoleon” and others) were published in the magazines “ Misha ” and “Funny Bears”.
