Iosif Yulianovich Moszinski ( Polish: Józef Moszyński ; 1860 - 1914 ) - an architect , author of a number of Art Nouveau buildings, and a teacher.

Biography
Born in 1860 . He graduated from the course of science at the Institute of Civil Engineers , with the title of civil engineer and the right to the rank of 10 class. On June 11, 1887, he was assigned to serve in the Ministry of the Interior , with secondment for classes in a technical building committee.
October 21 of the same year was approved in the rank of collegiate secretary . On May 14, 1890, he was appointed a member of a special commission to adapt the building of the headquarters of a separate corps of gendarmes for the premises of the police department, and he was entrusted with the construction of this building under the guidance of state councilor Novitsky.
May 29, 1892 he was appointed junior architect of the construction department of the St. Petersburg provincial government. On November 14 of the same year, he was sent to Warsaw to inspect the construction work on the restructuring of the Bolshoi Theater. December 16, 1893 promoted to collegiate assessors . September 18, 1895 he was appointed teacher at the Institute of Civil Engineers.
March 19, 1896 dismissed from the post of junior architect of the construction department of the St. Petersburg provincial government. From 1 to 5 September 1900 was a full-time teacher at this institute. On December 29, 1902, he was appointed as a technician at the office of the commission on the construction of barracks, leaving his previous position.
In the same year he received the rank of State Counselor. He died in 1914 in the city of Grodzisk-Mazowiecki .
