Biography
She graduated from the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute. S. Ordzhonikidze, New Law Institute.
She worked as the head of the department of the executive committee of the Bukhara city Council of People's Deputies ( Uzbek SSR ); was the head of the department, then - the secretary of the executive committee of the Krasnogvardeisky District Council of Moscow .
- 1989-1991 - consultant to the organizational department of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR,
- 1993-2003 - Advisor to the Main Directorate of Internal Policy of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
Since 2001 - Member of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the Assembly of Deputies of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug . She was a member of the Committee on the Affairs of the North and Small Nations, the Committee on Legal and Judicial Issues. She served as Deputy Chairman of the Commission on the Methodology for the Implementation of the Constitutional Powers of the Federation Council .
She died suddenly on July 12, 2005.
