Zhang Wenhue (born October 1944 , Fujian Province), head of the CCP Party Committee, Prov. Liaoning in 2007-2009 and the governor of the same province in 2004-2007.
Member of the CPC since 1965, member of the CPC Central Committee of the 15th and 17th convocations (candidate of the 16th convocation). Member of the NPC 10-11 convocations.
Biography
Han nationality.
He graduated from the Beijing Geological Institute (1967).
In 1990-95, Deputy Minister of Geology and Mineral Resources.
In 1995-2001, the deputy head of the party committee of Xinjiang . In 1997-99, the commander of the Xinjiang Production and Building Corps , was replaced by Zhang Qingli . In 1999-2001, Deputy Chairman of the Xinjiang Regional Government.
Since 2001, the deputy head of the party committee prov. Liaoning (Northeast China), 2002-2004 before CPPCC provinces, in 2004-2007 the governor, in 2007-2009 the head of the party committee prov. Liaoning and before. SC SNP provinces (2010) [1] .
In 2009-2013 Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection and Resources of the NPC of the 11th convocation [1] .
