Olga Gennadievna Musina (born April 13, 1965 ) is an actress and director of the National Youth Theater of the Republic of Belarus named after Mustai Karim . People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan (2003).

Biography
Olga Gennadyevna Musina was born on April 13, 1965 [1] . In 1990, she graduated with honors from the Theater Department of the Ufa State Institute of Arts (teachers G.G. Gilyazev and F.K. Kasimova), in 2005 - from the directing department of the Boris Schukin Higher Theater School (teacher Leonid Kheifets ).
Since 1990, O.G. Musina works at the National Youth Theater of the Republic of Belarus named after Mustai Karim . The roles of the actress are lyrical-dramatic and acutely characteristic roles [1] . The real master of the stage, Olga Gennadyevna has a huge acting range - from comedy to tragedy, from the grotesque and eccentric to the subtlest manifestations of psychological drama. She is characterized by a special depth and plasticity, creative flexibility combined with a high professional culture and erudition.
Over the years of service in the theater O.G. Musina became the leading artist of the Russian troupe of the theater, having played more than 50 roles from the repertoire of world, Russian and Bashkir classics. As a director, she staged the performances “Valentine’s Day”, “Hero”, “Eternally Alive”, “Passion for Nastya” [2] , “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” “I - Fist I - A-N-N-A” (more than 15 works).
Olga Gennadyevna - teacher of the subject "Acting", for many years working at the department of directing the theater department of the Ufa State Academy of Arts, conducts a director's course. He teaches at the Teleshko School of Young Journalists, conducts an author's stage speech course, an acting workshop with students of different age categories, conducts classes with theater actors, students in Ufa schools. Successfully combines work in the theater with work in the cinema and on the radio, takes an active part in the public life of the city and the republic. Participant in government concerts, holiday programs as a host and singer.
