Kamalov Tagir Tauzyakhovich (born June 2, 1962 ) is the founder, artistic director and chief conductor of the National Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan (1994-2011). People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan (1995).

Biography
Kamalov, Tagir Tauzyakhovich was born on June 2, 1962 in the city of Ufa, BASSR.
In 1981 he graduated from the Ufa College of Arts , in 1983 - from the Ufa State Institute of Arts . In 1983-1989 he studied at the Gnesins Russian Music Academy, in the class of Vyacheslav Filippovich Belyakov.
He served in the army in 1985-1986. He continued his education in 1993-1995 at the graduate school of the Kazan State Conservatory, specializing in opera and symphonic conducting (teacher Professor F. Mansurov ).
Place of work: from 1989 to 1992 - conductor of the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater ; from 1992 to 1994 - artistic director and chief conductor of the Shark Symphony Orchestra; From 1994 to 1996 - General Director, Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of the AOZT National Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus; From 1996 to 2011 - artistic director and chief conductor of the State Institution of Culture and Art “National Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus”. Kamalov Tagir Tauzyakhovich - one of the creators of this orchestra.
The orchestra, under his leadership, released the album “Ver Requiem” by J. Verdi, the Big Concert Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, the soloists - I. Arkhipov, A. Abdrazakov, M. Shaguch, T. Gugushvili, recorded the “Anthology of Bashkir Symphony Music”, music for television films about composers R. Murtazin, H. Akhmetov. The anthology includes the works of composers of Bashkortostan of different generations recorded with the National Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus.
Family - wife Elena, daughter Leysan and son Rustam. They live in Ufa.
