Kozlovka is a village in the Achinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of Russia . It is part of the Tarutino Village Council . It is located on the banks of the Kozlovskaya river (the Chulym river basin), about 18 km northeast of the regional center, the city of Achinsk , at an altitude of 246 meters above sea level [2] .
