Tarutino is a settlement in the Achinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of Russia . The administrative center of the Tarutinsky Village Council . Located on the right bank of the Bolshoi Ului River , about 18 km east of the district center, the city of Achinsk , at an altitude of 255 meters above sea level [2] .
