“ Boss' Life ” (from English - “The Life of a Boss”) is the fourth and final single from Snoop Dogg from his eighth studio album Tha Blue Carpet Treatment . Initially, only Snoop Dogg and Akon should have performed the song, but for unknown reasons Akon was replaced by Nate Dogg . Lyrics for Snoop Dogg was written together with the rapper The DOC . For the song, samples were taken from the track “If Tomorrow Never Comes” by The Controllers. Also this is the last single Nate Dogg before his death in 2011.
