Vindaonius Magnus ( Latin: Vindaonius Magnus ) is a Roman politician in the second half of the 4th century .

His father was the rhetorician Magn. Vindaonius was a student of the speaker Libania . In 364, he was mentioned as a rhetorician and barrister . Magnus was a pagan and during the reign of Julian II the Apostate in the Phoenician city of Buryte, he burned the church, but under Jovian was forced to erect it again for his money.
Around 373, Vindaonius served as a committee of sacred bounties . Then he was sent by Emperor Valens II to Alexandria in order to expel the Bishop of Alexandria, Peter and put Lucius in his place. In the years 375-376, Magn was at the post of prefect of Constantinople . During his prefecture, the baths of Karosa were discovered.
