Ludwig Felix Brandts-Boys ( Dutch Ludwig Felix Willem Cornelis Brandts Buijs ; November 20, 1847 , Deventer - June 29, 1917 , Velp , Rehden community) - Dutch composer, organist and conductor, representative of the second generation of the branched family musicians and artists, the second son of Cornelis Alejander Brands-Boys , father of Johann Sebastian Brandts-Boys .

He received the first two names in honor of Ludwig van Beethoven and Felix Mendelssohn . He studied piano and organ with his father, also studied violin under the guidance of the first violin of the city orchestra, Frans Stroober. From 1868 he performed as an organist and carillonist in concerts under the direction of his elder brother Marius Adrianus , in 1873 he headed the choir in Zutphen . From 1874 , the organist of the Walloon Church in Rotterdam , in the same year, headed the local leadertafel (until 1891 ), simultaneously in 1877 - 1899 . directed the mixed choir "Euphonia." Since 1883 , he taught vocals, then an organ in one of the music schools of Rotterdam. After 1907 he worked in Velpe and Zutphen.
Brandts-Boys composer's heritage is based on songs and choirs.
