Dalia Štraupaitė ( lit. Dalia Štraupaitė , February 6, 1959 , Dukshtas , Ignalina region ) is a politician and public figure in Lithuania , since 2011 the mayor of Visaginas municipality .

Biography
Until 1965 she grew up in the city of Tälšiai , in 1977 she graduated from high school in Dukshtas . In 1983 she graduated from Vilnius University , specializing in historian-bibliographer.
In 1983 - 1990 he was the chairman of the executive committee and deputy city council of Dukshtas, in 1990 - 1995 he was a deputy of the council of Ignalina region and mayor of Dukshtas, since 1997 he was a member of the Council of the city of Visaginas, and in 2003 - 2011 he was deputy mayor of Visaginas . From 2011 to 2019, the mayor of Visaginas self-government .
Since 2003 - member of the Union of Liberals and Center party; since 2005, coordinator of the Party Secretariat, chairman of the party department in Visaginas.
President of the Lithuanian Acrobatics Federation. Daughter - Victoria Selyukovayte.
