Ma Biao (born August 1954 , Guangxi ), in 2008-2013, chairman of the regional government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, member of the CPC Central Committee since 2012 (candidate since 2007).

Biography
Graduated from Central University of Nationalities , Bachelor of Economics.
Since 1992, an employee of the Institute of National Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences , in 1992-1994, director of the economic division of this Institute.
In 2002-2004, the head of the Baise district committee of the CPC.
In 2005-2008, the head of the Nanning (capital of Guangxi) city committee of the CPC, a member of the post committee of the party committee of Guangxi Zhuang AR.
Since 2004, deputy chairman, in 2008-2013, chairman of the government and deputy head of the party committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Southwest China).
Since March 2013, the Deputy Chairman of the VKPPKK [1] .
