Biography
Alexander Novikov was born in Omsk. He started playing football at the age of 8. He began his professional career at Chkalovets-Olimpik. After a year spent in Novosibirsk, he was noticed in Omsk and invited to Irtysh , where he became a solid base player for the next 5 years.
In 2009, he signed a contract with Ural , but spent the 2009 season in Krasnoyarsk Metallurg , where he spent only 8 matches. From 2010 to 2017, Alexander performed in the Urals. The debut game took place on March 27, 2010 against Mordovia . He made his debut in the Premier League on September 1, 2013 against Rubin , the team lost 0-3 [2] [3] .
In the summer of 2017, he returned to Krasnoyarsk, signing a contract with Yenisei.
