Biography

Born in a Russian peasant family. He graduated from elementary rural school, after which he worked as a farm laborer for two years. Then until 1916 he served as a messenger in the rural municipality . In 1916 he was drafted into the army and enlisted in the 25th Siberian Regiment, the city of Tomsk became the place of service. It was here that he engaged in revolutionary activities. After the February Revolution, he was a member of the Tomsk Garrison Council, from March 1917 was a member of the RSDLP (b) , and after the October Revolution, a member of the executive committee of the Tomsk Provincial Council of workers, peasants and soldiers' deputies.

From January to May 1918 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Tomsk City Council of Workers 'and Soldiers' Deputies.

During his stay in the city of white, he went underground , was arrested and sent to the city of Taiga , but managed to escape. Before the arrival of the Reds, he was a member of the Omsk underground committee of the RCP (B.) .

From December 1919 to September 1925 he served in the organs of the Cheka, subsequently at the OGPU. [2]

From September to May 1925 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Yenisei Provincial Council.

From November 1925 to 1927 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Council.

From 1929 to July 1930 - Chairman of the Siberian Regional Council of National Economy.

From August 1930 to March 1932 - Chairman of the West Siberian Regional Council of National Economy.

From August 1930 to March 1932 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the West Siberian Regional Council, Chairman of the West Siberian Regional Planning Commission.

From February 13 to August 1, 1937, he was head of the Main Directorate of State Filming and Cartography of the NKVD of the USSR. He lived in Novosibirsk .

In August or December 1937 he was arrested, accused of participating in a counter-revolutionary organization. He was shot in January 1938 by the verdict of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR . The definition of the HCVF of the USSR on June 6, 1956 rehabilitated posthumously.
