Biography
Orthodox by religion, Cossack. Home education only. He held the position of clerk [1] . He was a village ataman of the village Zelenchukskaya . He led the agriculture.
On May 27, 1906 he was elected to the State Duma of the 1st convocation from the Congress of Commissioners from the Cossack villages of the Kuban Cossack Army. He joined the constitutional democratic faction. He did not participate in the work of the Duma commissions.
