The administrative center is the village of Krasny Yar .

Content

Geography

The village council is located in the southeast of the Astrakhan region , in the eastern part of the floodplain of the Buzan and Akhtuba rivers and is an island surrounded by rivers on all sides. The western part of the village council is washed by the Akhtuba and Buzan rivers, the southern and southeastern Prorva river, and the northern part by the Krivoy Buzan , Karaulnaya, Mayachnaya rivers. The territory is a plain floodplain with the Baer hillocks located on it and slope lowerings [4] .

The village council borders on Buzansky in the west, Baybeksky in the north and Vatazhensky village councils in the east. In the south, there is a border with the Volodarsky and Volga regions .

History

The Krasnoyarsk Village Council was formed in 1918 on the basis of a decree on the transfer of power in the province to the Councils of Deputies of January 27, 1918, adopted at the Astrakhan Provincial Congress of Workers, Soldiers, Peasants and Catchers. In 1925, as a result of regionalization, the Krasnoyarsk district was formed with the center in the village. Red Yar [1] .

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of Astrakhan Region dated August 6, 2004 No. 43/2004-OZ “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities and Giving them the Status of a Rural, Urban Settlement, Urban District, and Municipal District” [5] .

By the Law of the Astrakhan Region dated September 4, 2015 No. 57/2015-OZ, the administrative-territorial units and municipalities “ Zabuzansky Village Council ”, “Krasnoyarsk Village Council” and “village of Cheryomukha” were merged into an administrative-territorial unit and municipality “Krasnoyarsk Village Council” with administrative center in the village of Krasny Yar [6] .

The population of the Village Council as of 01.01.2013 was 13,400 people, of which 6362 were men, 7038 were women, children: 1306, school children, 1463 from 0 to 6 years old. Employable population - 8016 people (of which the economically active population - 6448 people (79.4%), unemployed - 2368 people (20.6%)) [14] [15] .

Farm

On the territory of the municipality there are 61 enterprises and institutions, 477 personal subsidiary farms and 276 entrepreneurs, country partnerships are located.

The total industrial production in 2012 amounted to 32.043 million rubles, including: dairy products - 12 555 thousand rubles, meat - 7285.8 thousand rubles, thermal energy - 12202 thousand rubles.

On the territory of the village council there are 477 personal subsidiary plots, in which as of 01.01.2013 1803 units of farm animals were registered and 1631 people were employed. On the territory of the village council there are 2 peasant farms "Kan" (crop production) and "Svetlana" (animal husbandry). Due to the lack of pasture land, the main direction of agricultural development is crop production. In 2012, agricultural production amounted to 43.1 million rubles, including crop production - 35.6 million rubles, livestock - 7.5 million rubles. Most of the cultivated land in private farms is used for planting vegetables and potatoes - 187 hectares and 87 hectares, respectively, in Khan farm “Khan” for planting melons and gourds - 13 hectares. In the Krasnoyarsk village council, three gardening associations operate with a total area of ​​32 ha of summer cottages.

The consumer market in the territory of the municipality is represented by a wide range of services. 276 entrepreneurs are registered in the Krasnoyarsk Village Council, 103 stores are functioning (the village of Krasny Yar - 100, the village of Mayayachnoye - 3), and 8 cafes have been opened [14] .

Social Objects

In the village council there are the Krasnoyarsk Central Regional Hospital Municipal Healthcare Institution, 6 educational institutions, the Kindergarten Fairy Tale Kindergarten, the Novichok Daughter, 5 libraries [14] .
