The power plant consists of 290,048 crystalline solar photovoltaic modules [2] [3] , installed on an area of 116 hectares [4] . The station reduces CO2 emissions by 72,000 tons per year. Built by Austrian company Activ Solar .
In August 2013, commissioning work began.
Since August 1, 2015, it has been operating in trial operation mode [5] .
