The personal-team championship of Russia in international drafts of 2007 was held from October 20 to 27 in Ufa. Venue: Drafts Club " Bashneft ", st. Dostoevsky , 49. He was qualifying for the Russian Championship in international drafts among men in 2008 . On October 24, the team championship of Russia in the quick play round robin was held. Upon completion of the LCP, the Cup of Russia was held from October 28 to November 2.

One team from each subject of the Russian Federation was allowed to participate in the competition. The composition of the team for men is 3 people, for women 2 people must be declared to the panel of judges before the start of the 1st round. In order to select for the Finals of the Russian Championship among men and women in international drafts, the winners of territorial competitions and athletes with a title of at least “candidate for master of sports” are also allowed to participate.
Main program
Competitions are held according to the Swiss system: among men 9 rounds, among women 7 rounds. Computer drawing is used immediately after the end of the round. Time control 80 minutes per game plus 1 minute for each move. Athletes who took 1st-6th places are admitted to the 2008 Russian Championship Finals. Athletes' places are determined in accordance with the highest number of points scored. In case of equality of points, the following criteria apply: 1) the amount of points scored by opponents, excluding the highest and lowest results (truncated coefficient), 2) the amount of points scored by opponents, excluding the smallest result, 3) the amount of points scored by opponents, excluding 2 -x the smallest results, 4) the amount of points scored by the opponents, excluding the 3 smallest results, 5-9), etc., 10) additional competition immediately after the end of the tournament (match until the first victory or one-round tournament, time control 5 minutes per game + 5 seconds and each move) command positions are identified on the least sum of places team members. The places of athletes taken into account for the team classification are determined only for athletes who play for the team. In case of equality, the following criteria are used: 1) the highest amount of points scored by team members; 2) the best place occupied by team members.

Teams that took 1-3 places in the main program are awarded with diplomas and cash prizes, participants with diplomas and medals of Rossport. Champion teams are awarded with cups.
