Prince Mikhail Mikhailovich Golitsyn ( July 18, 1731 - January 21, 1804 ) - Russian miner, lieutenant general , chamberlain from the younger branch of the Golitsyn clan ("Mikhailovich").

Biography
Born July 18, 1731 in the family of the head of the Russian fleet, Prince Mikhail Mikhailovich Golitsyn and his second wife Tatyana Kirillovna, daughter of K. A. Naryshkin .
After the reform of the noble self-government, he served as the Tarusa district leader of the nobility (1781) and the Kaluga provincial (1782) leader of the nobility .
Thanks to the marriage with the heiress of the eldest of the Stroganovs, he became a large Ural miner. Founder of the Archangelopashi plant (1785), owner of ironworks in the Perm province , including Nytvensky (1756) and Kusye-Aleksandrovsky (1751, together with his brother-in-law, Prince B. G. Shakhovsky) [1] .
He died on January 21, 1804 . The exquisite tombstone of the prince in the Golitsyn tomb of the Don monastery was sculpted by S. S. Pimenov .
Family
Golitsyn married on September 15, 1757, to Anna Alexandrovna Stroganova (1739β1816), the eldest daughter of Baron Alexander G. Stroganov , one of the richest people in the empire. In a dowry, she brought the Kuzminki estate [2] , 10 children were married :

- Elizaveta Mikhailovna (September 2, 1768 - August 16, 1833) - the wife of Lieutenant General Alexander Petrovich Ermolov (1757-1835);
- Tatyana Mikhailovna (September 30, 1769 - November 8, 1840) - wife of the spouse of lieutenant-general Prince Ivan Ivanovich Prozorovsky ;
- Alexander Mikhailovich (September 8, 1772 - July 31, 1821) - collector of painting, hofmeister of Grand Duchess Catherine Pavlovna; married to Princess Natalia Fedorovna Shakhovskaya (1779-1807);
- Sergei Mikhailovich (July 9, 1774 - February 7, 1859) - the famous "pillar" of Moscow society; since 1799, married to Avdotya Ivanovna Izmailova (1780-1850);
- Elena Mikhailovna (1776 - June 18, 1855).
