Content
History
It is one of the oldest streets of Kiev. The name comes from the historical area of Kozhemyaki , where it is located. The old building of the street was demolished in the late 1980s, a new one was formed at the beginning of the XXI century.
In literary works
The events taking place on Kozhemyatskaya Street are described in the play “For Two Hares” by Mikhail Staritsky and in the film of the same name .
