The Baltic District is a unit of administrative division of the Odessa province of the Ukrainian SSR , which existed from April 1923 to November 1924 . The administrative center is the city of Balta .

History
It was founded on April 12, 1923 as part of the Odessa province.
On November 26, 1924, in connection with the creation of the Moldavian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, the Baltic District was abolished, and its territory was divided as follows:
- 4 village councils of the Krutyansky district went to the Tulchinsky district of the Podolsk province ;
- to Pervomaisky district of Odessa province - Savransky, Yasenevsky and part of the Holy Trinity district;
- to the Odessa district of the Odessa province - Valegotsulovsky and part of the Holy Trinity district;
- to the Moldavian ASSR - the rest of the district, including the city of Balta.
