Biography
In 1961 he received a higher legal education in Paris, in 1963 - a doctorate. Then he graduated from the Paris National School of Administration .
- 1965-1967 - Director of the National School of Administration of Upper Volta,
- 1967-1971 - Foreign Secretary,
- 1971-1974 - Minister of Justice,
- 1974-1982 - directors of the department of cash deposits and investments, then - in diplomatic work,
- 1982-1983 - Advisor to the Minister of the Interior.
Since 1983 - retired.
