Orenburg - a village in the Bikinsky district of the Khabarovsk Territory as part of the Orenburg rural settlement. It was founded by several families of relatives who arrived in these parts with another wave of resettlement from the central region of the Russian Empire - the Orenburg province. One of the founders' names is the Posevalkin brothers. By the way, the son of one of them is a hero of the Soviet Union, an artilleryman, his last name is carved on a commemorative stella in Khabarovsk. According to the stories of their grandchildren, families traveled to those then deaf places from the European part of Russia by sea on ships all the way through Hong Kong. The government subsidized the relocation, and the settlers sailed on ships with all their belongings, on carts (the old name for carts), with animals. The descendants of the founders now live in Bikin, and in Khabarovsk, and in Vladivostok.
