Biography
Father Abiev Zhaksylyk Medikhatovich - graduated from KazPTI named after V. I. Lenin , specializing in machinery and equipment of the oil and gas industry. He worked as a diesel engineer at the Aktobe oil exploration expedition, a mechanic, a shop manager at the Oktyabrsky Drilling Department, a chief engineer at the Central Production Service Base, a shop manager at Velikaya Sten KKBK LLP, and a deputy commander for operational work at the Ak Beren State Unitary Enterprise with the rank of lieutenant colonel. Mother Abieva Tamara Asauhanovna - teacher of architecture and building structures at the university, champion of the Kazakh SSR in chess. Sister Zhaksylyk Marzhangul Zhaksylykovna is a student of KAZ GYU. In 1999, in connection with the economic crisis , the Abiyev family moved to Aktobe . [one]

On October 13, 2014, Abiyev was appointed Director of the Department of Public Procurement and Local Content of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Atameken . On December 18, 2014, Abiyev headed the Center for Monitoring and Expertise of the Market LLP, to which, from February 2015, the functions of rendering services to the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on analyzing the dynamics of local content in subsoil use contracts, as well as contractual obligations for the training of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were transferred.
