Biography
Born February 22, 1874 in a petty bourgeois family.
Received home education. Then he passed the officer exam at the Odessa Infantry Junker School (1896). He also graduated from the Nikolaev Academy of the General Staff (1904; 1st rank).
He entered the military service on November 3, 1892 , graduating from the cadet school as lieutenant (art. 01.01.1896) in the 21st Murom Infantry Regiment. Lieutenant (Art. 09.09.1898). Headquarters Captain (Art. 01.09.1902).
After graduation, he participated in the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905 . Captain (v. 31.05.1904).
From July 16, 1905 to November 24, 1910, he was an assistant to the senior adjutant of the headquarters of the Odessa Military District . The censored command of the company was serving in the 14th Infantry Regiment (10.11.1908-07.11.1909). Lieutenant Colonel (Article 29.03.1909).
From 11/24/1910 to 10/14/1911 - senior adjutant of the headquarters of the Zaamursky district of a separate corps of the border guard. Since October 14, 1911 he was seconded to the Chuguev Military School to teach military sciences. Colonel (Art.25.03.1912).
Since December 1915 - at the front of the First World War , the commander of the 15th Siberian Rifle Regiment (from 09/12/1915) On January 3, 1917 he was in the same position. The chief of staff of the 20th Siberian Rifle Division since January 1917, and since March - the chief of the operational division in the administration of the quartermaster general of the 12th army headquarters (in the PAF 04/04/1917 is listed as chief of staff of the Siberian Rifle Division).
Major General (project 02.04.1917; Art 02.04.1917; for distinction). May 8, 1917 was appointed General Radko-Dmitriev (commander of the 12th Army) - commander of the 136th Infantry Division. In the battles during the breakthrough of the Germans near Riga on August 18-19, 1917, his division managed to stop the Germans before entering the Riga highway. As a result, the 2nd and 6th Siberian corps and the headquarters of the 12th army were saved from encirclement. For these battles, Vyazmitinov was awarded the Order of St. George and promoted to lieutenant general with the appointment of commander of the 6th Siberian Army Corps (PAF 09/10/1917).
After the October Revolution, he served in the Volunteer Army (since 1918 ). The head of the department of the General Staff of the army, and then - from the beginning of 1919 - the assistant to the chief of the Military Directorate at the headquarters of the All - Union Union of Liberal Democratic Forces . In March 1920, Vyazmitinov replaced General Kelchevsky as military and naval minister of the government of southern Russia. In the Russian army of General Wrangel, he was the head of the Military Directorate in the government of the South of Russia.
After the evacuation of the Russian army from Crimea and the dissolution of the government of the South of Russia, in 1921, he was appointed in Bulgaria the military representative of the Commander-in-Chief.

In 1923 he moved to Belgrade and took up the post of ruler of the educational department of the Sovereign Commission on Russian Refugees in the Kingdom of the Union of Artists . At the same time, he was an employee of the editorial board of the Military Collection, published in Belgrade under the editorship of the colonels of the General Staff - V. M. Pronin and I. F. Patronov .
In 1926, Vyazmitinov was a member of the Russian Foreign Congress in Paris . [2]
He died on January 29, 1929 in Belgrade. He was buried in the New Cemetery.
