The station belongs to the Volkhovstroevsky region of the October Railway . From the station, 4 to 10 pairs of long-distance passenger trains follow daily (the intensity varies depending on the season).
The first passenger train arrived at the station on December 30, 1915 from Zvanka [2] .
Until February 2011, one pair of passenger-and-freight trains ran daily on the Lodeynoye Pole - Yanisyarvi line, until August 2011, it ran in the category of local trains, since September 2011 it was abolished, in February 2012 it was restored as a commuter train with links to Pitkäranta , but in August 2014 it was abolished again.
Suburban communication through the station is low-intensity: three pairs of suburban electric trains pass daily (one pair along the route St. Petersburg-Ladozhsky - Svir , one along the route Volkhovstroy I - Svir and one along the route Volkhovstroy I - Lodeynoye Pole).
