In 1998, in Irkutsk, at the crash site of the Ruslan aircraft , the Church of the Nativity of Christ was laid in memory of the victims of the disaster. October 8, 1999 the church was consecrated.
The church is made in the traditions of ancient Russian architecture. The iconostasis of the temple was made using modern technology.
