Tarasovsk is a village in the Balagan district of the Irkutsk region of Russia . It is part of the Zaslavsky rural settlement . It is located on the banks of the Kuda River, about 40 km north-northwest (NNW) from the district center, the village of Balagansk , at an altitude of 417 meters above sea level [1] .
