NBA Career
Played as a point guard . In the 1986 draft, he was chosen by the Atlanta Hawks team for 70, but not having played a single match for her, he was later traded to the Utah Jazz club. Later, he played for the Los Angeles Clippers , Sacramento Kings and Atlanta Hawks teams. In total, the NBA spent 7 seasons. In 1986 he became the winner of the Francis Pomeroy Naismith Award , and was also recognized as a basketball player of the year among students at the Missouri Valley Conference . In total for the career in the NBA played 321 games in which scored 1210 points (an average of 3.8 per game), made 396 rebounds , 930 assists , 169 interceptions and 20 block shots .
Coaching career
After completing his professional career as a player, Jim Les worked as assistant head coach at Omaha Racers (1994) ( KBA ) and Sacramento Monarchs (1999–2001) ( VNBA ). Then, for nine years, he worked as the head coach of the Bradley Braves home team (2002–2011) [1] . On May 5, 2011, he became the head coach of the student team “ Management Company Davis Aggis ”, replacing Gary Stewart , where he currently works [2] .
