Tokugawa Yorinobu (徳 川 頼 宣? April 28, 1602 - February 19, 1671 ) - Japanese daimyo (sovereign prince) of the early Edo period , ruler of Mito-khan ( 1603 - 1610 ), Sumpu-khan ( 1610 - 1619 ) and Kisyu-khan ( 1619 - 1667 ).

Biography
The tenth son of Tokugawa Ieyasu (1543–1616), the first shogun of Japan from the Tokugawa dynasty ( 1603-1605 ). His mother was the concubine Oman-no-kata. Born in the castle Fushimi . Baby name - Nagafukumar.
On December 8, 1603, after the death of his elder brother Tokugawa Nobuyoshi, he received possession from his father of the Principality of Mito Khan in Hitachi province with an income of 200,000 koku of rice. In October 1604, his income was increased to 250,000 koku. September 12, 1606 came of age and took the name Yorimas. He was also granted the title of junior adviser of the 4th rank (ju-shi-i-ge) and the title of Hitati-no-Suke.
On January 6, 1610, he was transferred from Mito-Khan to Sumpu-Khan (province of Suruga and Totomi ) with an income of 500,000 koku , adopted a new name - Yorinobu.
On August 27, 1619, Tokugawa Yorinobu was transferred from Sumpu Khan to Kisyu Khan with an income of 550,000 koku rice. Yorinobu became the founder of the Tokugawa Kii side branch.
Wife Yorinobu was the daughter of Kato Kiyomasa .
By the end of his life, he reached the rank of ju-ni-i (junior adviser of the 2nd rank) and the title of dynagon (senior imperial adviser).
Yorinobu had four children:
- Tokugawa Mitsusada (1627-1705), 2nd daimyo of Kishu-Khan (1667-1698)
- Matsudaira Yorodumi (1641-1711), 1st Io-Saijo (1670-1711)
- Inaba-him, wife of Ikeda Mitsunak , daimyo Tottori-Khan
- Matsu Him, Matsudaira Nobuhira's wife, daimyo Yoshi Khan
In 1667, Tokugawa Yorinobu renounced power in favor of his eldest son Mitsusada (1627-1705), who became the 2nd daimyo of Kisyu Khan (1667-1698).
