Biography

  • 1967 - 1972 - Faculty of Applied Mathematics, Yerevan State University .
  • 1973 - 1976 - engineer , and then senior engineer of the Yerevan Scientific Research Institute of Computing Machines.
  • 1976 - 1982 - Leading Engineer of the Armenian Scientific and Production Association of Computer Engineering.
  • 1982 - 1990 - chairman of the union of the association in the system of the union of workers in the electronic industry.
  • 1990 - 1999 - Executive Director of the branch trade union of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia .
  • 1999 - 2000 - expert of the apparatus of the Parliament of Armenia .
  • 2000 - 2003 - Deputy Chairman of the “ Orinats Yerkir ” Party.
  • Since 2001 - also chairman of the Women's Union of the “ Orinats Yerkir ” party.
  • 2003 - 2004 - Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs of Armenia .
